Rates
are based on double occupancy and availability and are subject to
change without notice. There will be an additional $10 charge per
person for more than 2 adults in same room. Rollaways available for an
extra charge. Local and MN state sales tax apply to all charges. Motel
is handicap accessible. Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is
11:00am.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be
guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to
50% of the total stay. Cabins and condos require an advance deposit. We
accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits
and final payment.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: All
deposits received will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee, on
cancellations regarding cabins and condos 30 days prior to your arrival
date. If less than 30 days, you will be billed for the full amount of
your stay unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s) for you. Hotel
reservations require at least 72 hours notice, different cancellation
restrictions apply to special event weekends. If cancelled less than 72
hours prior, you will be billed for the entire stay unless we are able
to re-rent the unit(s).
