2 Story 50' x 32' 2,864 sq ft, with 1,432 sq ft per side. These condos can be opened up as single units!

Providing First Class Accomodations & Service on Mille Lacs, Isle Minnesota!

These inviting condos are two level units with cathedral ceilings, and warm log interiors. Each unit has 4 bedrooms and an open loft over looking the living room, serving as the 5th bedroom. There are a total of 8 beds in each condo, 3 Queens and 5 Twins. The full kitchens in these units include everything you’ll need to prepare a meal. Just bring yourself, a smile and the food! Our kitchens also boast a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Other conveniences include a stereo, Blue-ray player, cable TV, fireplace, deck with picnic table and gas grill. Don’t forget your marshmallows and camp chairs! There is also a fire pit in the yard. Towels and linens are furnished. Rates are based on a two night stay. Maid service is available for $45 per day. These units are limited to 10 guests.

Reservations:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.

• Hotel Rooms and RV Sites – All hotel and RV sites require a 72 hours notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations cancelled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s).
  Open launches require 72 hour notice prior to departure or guest is responsible for trip fees.
  
• Cabins and launches – All cabin and condos, and privately charted launches require 60 days advance notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations cancelled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units. All reservations cancelled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, less processing fees.
• Guide, and Rental Services – All guide service, snowmobile and ATV rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. Cancellations due to weather may reschedule or receive full deposit less 10% processing fee.
• Condos & Fish house rentals – All Condos/Fish houses require a non refundable Deposit. All Condos/Fish houses require 60 day advance notice for cancellation. Reservations canceled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units.
