5 Bedroom Executive Log Condos
These executive condos are two-story units with warm and snug log interiors, cathedral ceilings, and a spacious open loft overlooking the living room. The semi-private loft is used as a fifth bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and complete with a large dining table, a full size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Amenities include a Blue-Ray player, cable TV, a gas fireplace, three bathrooms, and central air conditioning. An adjoining inside door connects the condos for larger groups. Outdoor comforts include a deck with a picnic table, a gas grill, and a fire pit in the yard. Towels and linens are furnished. Rates are based on a two-night minimum stay. Maid service is available for $55 per day. These units are limited to 15 guests.

RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and Condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Condos – All Condos require a Non-Refundable Deposit. All Condos have a ZERO cancellation policy.
Guide and Rental Services– All guide services, ATV rentals, and snowmobile rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. The “Resort” has the right to cancel due to inclement weather. Cancellations made by the “Resort”, due to weather, may reschedule or receive full deposit minus a 10% processing fee.
Hotel Rooms and RV Sites – All Hotel Rooms and RV sites require a 72 hour notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations canceled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates.
Open Launches require 72 hour notice prior to departure or guest is responsible for trip fees.
Cabins and Private Launches- All Private Launch Boat rentals require a 60 day notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations canceled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount. All reservations canceled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
