Cancellation Policies

 

RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and/or an advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and Condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Hotel Rooms and RV Sites – All hotel rooms and RV sites require a 72 hour notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations cancelled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates, unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s).
Open launches require 72 hour notice prior to departure or guest is responsible for trip fees.

Condos & Fish House Rentals   – All Condos and Fish Houses require a Non-Refundable Deposit. All Condos have a ZERO cancellation policy- Reservations cancelled at any point are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units. All Fish House Rentals have a 30 day cancellation policy.

Cabins and Private Launches- All Private Launch Boat rentals require a 60 day notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations cancelled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount, unless we are able to re-rent the units. All reservations cancelled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Guides and Rental Services – All guide services, snowmobile rentals, and ATV rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. Cancellations due to weather may reschedule or receive full deposit minus a 10% processing fee.
