Rates are based on double occupancy and availability and are subject to change without notice. There will be an additional $10 charge per person for more than 2 adults in same room. Rollaways are available for an extra charge. Children under 16 stay free. Local and MN state sales tax apply to all charges. Hotel is handicap accessible. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.
RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Condos – All Condos require a non refundable Deposit. All Condos have a zero cancellation policy.
Cabins and Private Launches- All Private Launch Boat rentals require a 60 day notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations canceled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount. All reservations canceled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, less 10% processing fee.
Hotel Rooms and RV Sites and Open Launches– All hotels and RV sites require a 72 hour notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations canceled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates.
Guide and Rental Services– All guide service, ATV and snowmobile rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. Cancellations due to weather may reschedule or receive full deposit less 10% processing fee.
