McQuoid’s Inn Seasonal RV Park

RV Park

  • Electric and water/sewer hook up $75.00 a night

Cancellation Policy:

  • Hotel Rooms and RV Sites – All hotel and RV sites require a 72 hours notice for cancellation without penalty. Reservations cancelled inside the 72 hour window are responsible for the rental rates unless we are able to re-rent the unit(s).
    Open launches require 72 hour notice prior to departure or guest is responsible for trip fees.
  • Condos & Fish house rentals – All Condos/Fish houses require a non refundable Deposit. All Condos and Ice Castles have a no cancelation policy.
  • Guide, and Rental Services – All guide service, ATV and snowmobile rentals require a 15 day prior notice for cancellation. Any refunds on deposits are subject to a 10% processing fee. All cancellations inside the 15 day window are responsible for the entire amount of their scheduled trip. The “Resort” has the right to cancel due to inclement weather.Cancellations made by the “Resort”, due to weather may reschedule or receive full deposit less 10% processing fee.
  • Cabins and launches – All Private Launch Boat rentals require a 60 day notice for cancellation. All reservation cancellations carry a 10% processing charge. Reservations canceled inside the 60 day window are responsible for the entire reservation amount unless we are able to re-rent the units. All reservations canceled prior to the 60 day window receive a refund, less 10% processing fee.

Reservations:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit equivalent to 50% of the total stay. Cabins and condos require an advance deposit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits and final payment.
